How we ship your order, how long it takes, and how to return it. This page summarises our delivery and returns practice — the full legal terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
WHERE WE DELIVER
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the USA. Some countries may have product-specific restrictions. These will be noted on the relevant product pages if they affect your country.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day. Our products ship from the USA, where they are manufactured. Typical delivery times from dispatch are:
– UK — 5–10 working days
– Europe — 5–10 working days
– Australia & New Zealand — 7–15 working days
– Rest of the world — 7–15 working days
Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and Bank or public holidays. If you order more than one item they may arrive separately, on different days or from different couriers, but you won’t be charged for additional deliveries.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery is calculated automatically at checkout once you’ve entered your address — you’ll see the exact shipping cost before you enter any payment details, so there are no surprises.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We don’t currently offer order tracking or express delivery. We’ll email you to confirm when your order has been dispatched, and if it hasn’t arrived within the expected window above, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll look into it for you.
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you need to change or cancel an order, email [email protected] as soon as possible — if it hasn’t been dispatched yet we’ll do our best to amend it. You also have the statutory right to cancel described below.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Under the UK distance selling regulations (https://www.gov.uk/accepting-returns-and-giving-refunds) you have the right to cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after receiving your goods and receive a full refund. You must return the goods to us within 14 days, and we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
For up to 6 months after receiving your goods you can return them to us only if they are faulty and we will send an identical replacement.
